Chapter: The Secrets of the First Smashed Prophecy

I have absolutely no doubt that J.K. Rowling has some meaning behind that prophecy, so this is a fun theory. My only problem with the book release theory is, would she really write that at such a critical point in the story? I rather think that it is something like what this author has written about.

Chapter: The Secrets of the First Smashed Prophecy

This doesn't have much correlation with the first book, but it is very insightful nevertheless.

Chapter: The Secrets of the First Smashed Prophecy

Very interesting analysis. If one remembers, Harry was also born close to the Summer Solstice (although not as close as Voldemort to the Winter Solstice). Harry is also "a new," one could argue, and none seem to follow the likeness of Harry after that, the Chosen One, the Boy Who Lived.

Chapter: The Secrets of the First Smashed Prophecy

A lot of people guessed that the prophecy meant the last book would come at the Summer solstice, which it did (June21) and none will come after, which meant no more Harry Potter books will be written. Which has happened.

Author's Response: That is a very interesting point that I didn't think about. :)
