The True Meaning of the Hogwarts Motto by Hippogriff
Rated: All Ages [Reviews - 6]
Summary: Some crazy ideas about exactly why the motto "Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus" is relevant to the Harry Potter series.

Excellent read! I always wondered the meaning of the Hogwarts Motto. I always thought it too "silly" for Jo's true prowess of writing. However, you pointed out and seem to be quite right about the motto representing the entire series as a whole! Never tickle a sleeping dragon, don't mess with anything out of the ordinary. Voldemort tried to mess with our own Harry Potter, and Harry is far from ordinary! Excellent writing.
Author's Response: Well thank you! It means a lot! :)
